About the Artist

Bay area sculptor Jack Champion designs and creates large sculptures in bronze, resin, and concrete.

Apart from the bronze castings which are poured at the Artworks foundry in Berkeley, Jack creates his pieces with his own hands from start to finish.

His works are featured in private collections and his most recent sculpture acquisition is featured at the Pepperwood Preserve in Santa Rosa.

He has contributed his skills to major art installations in California, Nevada, Chicago, Washington DC, Ireland, the UK, and Nepal.

Jack is an honored artist who has worked with Artichoke in the UK, and the international World Wood Day foundation.

A visit to Japan inspired Jack to create delicate KUMOKO woodcraft chandeliers and 3 dimensional art collage paintings.

In 2026, Jack Champion’s two bronze crows, An Attempted Murder, were installed in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park as part of a project by Big Art Loop with Building 180 to install large artworks San Francisco’s parks and public spaces.

He has other sculptures installed at Stubbs Vineyard, and at Pepperwood Preserve,
