Homage Au Dali Installation

Black Rock City, late August 2022, in blazing heat, high winds, and with minimal visibility due to blinding dust storms, Jack Champion and a couple of volunteers assembled, anchored, and installed his large installation, Homage Au Dali: two 31 ft tall elephants, a 10’ x12 ‘ gold baroque frame with Dali signature, a miniature Greek Temple and lighting towers to display his gigantic recreation of Salvador Dali’s famous 1948 painting Los Elefantes.
